SECTION 01 📜 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and QQMacan ("Platform", "we", or "the company") regarding the use of QQMacan's website, mobile application, and all services provided.

This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or use any part of our platform, whichever occurs first. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed full acceptance of the amended terms.

QQMacan reserves the right to fully enforce these Terms and Conditions, including taking appropriate legal action against any user found to be in violation of its provisions.

SECTION 02 ✅ User Eligibility

To use the QQMacan platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and use online entertainment services.
• Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or agreement from using online gambling or betting services.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.
• The platform is to be used for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must hold a valid bank account or payment instrument registered in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

SECTION 03 👤 Registration & Account Management

The QQMacan account registration process is designed to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform for all users. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time. Owning multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions. QQMacan employs a sophisticated detection system capable of identifying duplicate accounts based on IP address, device, payment information, and various other factors.

• The full name provided must match your official identification document.
• The email address you register must be active and accessible — this is QQMacan's primary channel for official communications with you.
• The registered phone number must be an active Malaysian phone number registered in your name.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone.

QQMacan reserves the right to verify a user's identity through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. Documents that may be required include a copy of an identity card, recent bank statement, and proof of payment method.

SECTION 04 💳 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered under the name of the registered user are strictly prohibited.

• Any attempt at financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Bonuses are valid for one account per user, per IP address, and per device.

QQMacan reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts or misusing the bonus system.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

The QQMacan platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, QQMacan does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QQMacan shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming decisions, including unrealised wins or betting losses.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any decisions made based on information obtained from the platform that may be inaccurate or outdated at any given time.
• The impact of laws or regulations in the user's country of residence that restrict access to online gambling platforms.

QQMacan's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim, or RM 1,000, whichever is lower.
